Cancellation policy

 

For bookings made directly with MenardsNZ:

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will not receive a refund. There is no refund if you don’t show up.

 

For bookings made through a third party (for example, Airbnb, Booking.com):

The cancellation policy of the third party booking platform will apply.

 

COVID-19 refund policy

If you can’t travel to MenardsNZ due to New Zealand or Australian COVID-19 government restrictions, we will either reschedule (if possible) at no charge, or fully refund any monies paid.  

 

Confirmation of direct bookings:

We will confirm your booking via email once you have either booked on our website, or booked by phone or email.

 

Payments:

Payment is either made immediately via the Stripe credit card software on our website, or via bank transfer. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, we will email the payment details in your booking confirmation.
